These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Ash of Eve online store.

By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Ash of Eve offers a curated selection of vintage and contemporary pieces.

Each piece is individually sourced and carefully inspected. Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned items, minor signs of wear may be present. Any visible flaws are documented in the product description and/or images.

All pieces are sold as presented.

PRICING

All prices are listed in euros (€).

In accordance with §19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), no VAT is charged or displayed.

Prices shown are final prices.

ORDERS

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Ash of Eve reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary (for example in cases of pricing errors or item unavailability).

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Estimated delivery times:

• Germany: 2–5 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–15 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Ash of Eve is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of the pieces, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

We encourage you to review all images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Each piece is selected to be worn and interpreted in your own way.

If you have any questions about a piece, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

EU customers retain their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Items must be returned unused and in original condition
