Ash of Eve offers a curated selection of vintage and contemporary pieces.
For this reason, all sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.
Normal wear and tear, including damage occurring after delivery (such as heel tips, sole wear, or fabric pulls), is not covered and does not qualify for a refund or partial compensation since these are vintage or second hand items.
Each item is carefully inspected prior to listing. Any visible signs of wear, flaws, or imperfections are clearly shown in the product images and/or described in detail.
We encourage you to review all information carefully before placing your order.
Each piece is selected to be worn and interpreted in your own way.

EU customers retain their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Items must be returned unused and in original condition
EXCEPTIONS
If your item arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the rare case of an approved return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
NOTE ON VINTAGE ITEMS
Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned pieces, minor signs of wear should be expected and are considered part of the history and character of the item.
