Orders within Germany typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

Orders within Europe arrive within 5–10 business days.

International deliveries may take 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as postal delays or customs processing.

Duties & Taxes

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

All pieces at Ash of Eve are carefully curated, by purchasing, you acknowledge the unique nature of these items and accept minor signs of wear as part of their history.

Each item is thoroughly inspected and any visible flaws are documented in the photos. We encourage you to review all images and details carefully before purchasing.

Due to the nature of second hand pieces, all sales are final.
